The 9ML specificaiton v1.0 was approved at the recent committee meeting in Gif-sur-Yvette, France. Version 1.0 allows the convenient specfication of neuronal networks of arbitrary point-neuron models connected by pre-defined connectivity rules, with multi-component/compartment models and arbitrary connectivity rules planned for version 2.0.
